Their Australian based operations offer very flexible work options and remote working.

They are looking for a part-time New Business Development specialist to join their team.

The role + remit:

Your role will be to generate IT (information technology) sales and business, develop relationships with new clients, conduct sales visits and presentations, maintain advanced knowledge of products and services and establish and ensure sales targets are achieved.


  • Develop and expands a portfolio of banking and payments clients via networking and marketing
  • Consider client risk and fraud business needs and demonstrates how our technology can provide the solutions the client needs
  • Prepares presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
  • Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
  • Provides technical advice after sales including interacting with the support team and liaising with team in Germany
  • Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
  • Track progress toward goals and documents sales performance
  • Familiarity with indutsry and experience facing financial institutions with respect to Risk, Fraud prevention and compliance
  • Create marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
  • Attend industry events, conferences, webinars to learn about cutting-edge products and sales and showcase RiskDefender
  • In conjunction with the central marketing team build brand awareness in the Aust/ NZ market

Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding impacts of fraud and are passionate about fraud prevention;
  • Acknowledged industry expert for banking/payments in the ANZ region, favourably in the area of risk & fraud (other industries as insurance or telecommunication is also okay but preference is Banking and Payments)
  • Great communicator and team player with strong networks and have a talent for building  valuable business relationships
  • Passion for powerful software technology and excited by the possibilities of AI and risk management
  • Previous experience in tech sales.
